Miller's Ribs

This is a tiny little shack of a restaurant across from the beach on 90 in Gulfport…just before you get into Biloxi. It's called Miller's Ribs. Their sign says they have the best ribs on teh coast. Ok, it was about time for lunch anyway, so I figured I'd give 'em a shot. And damn...they were!

In fact, the ribs were so good that I decided I wanted to bring some to Atlanta with me. Only problem...it'd be about a day until I got there. The owner (Dave Miller) told me that I could get a styrofoam cooler at Target down the block, and he'd pack up the ribs on ice for me so they'd keep for a day.

So that's what I did! Threw them in the trunk, and I was on my way...

Biloxi is also chock full of casinos. Being that I had a little time to kill while fresh ribs were coming off the grill for me, I opted to wander into one and try out Cum Shot's luck. Low and behold, in 30 minutes, I walked out of the casino with an extra $270 in my hand! (yup, that big ship looking thing was the casino) Posted by Hello
